Each piece made by Goose Pond is handcrafted by artist Susan Pine at her lakeside studio in Cumberland, Maine. She studied at the Haystack School of Crafts, but was primarily self-taught, and has practiced for over 35 years. Using a special acid-etching technique, Susan carefully creates each product with detail; as she claims each piece is a representation of her life.
