    cRead about the brooms on Lost Art Press where Chris Schwartz raved about them. bought two, one for wife the other for our daughter. They love them and my daughter is trying to figure out how to display it rather than store it in a closet. My fear is she won't want to use it since it is truly a piece of art. Thank you! BTW two candles were a hit also!

    I bought the same broom in green/teal about 15 yrs ago. I still love it, but I wanted one for inside and one for outside so I treated myself and bought it in blue this time. It's a treasure both in style and function. Visitors were here when it arrived; they were impressed and asked where they could buy one too.

    My purple shaker Braid Broom is beautifully constructed in every detail. Gorgeous color. Smooth, comfortable handle. A work of art that now hangs on a hook on a kitchen wall so that I can admire it every day. Almost too pretty to use – almost!

A celebration of handwork and labor, the artistic, woven detail enriches our vibrant student-dyed broomcorn: available in blue, fuchsia, purple, green, and orange as well as natural. These brooms are offered with a natural or turned handle and are representative of the beautiful and powerful diversity that makes Berea College so special.
