Handcrafted by Stephen Farmer, the Ulu knife and cutting block are the perfect tools to chop herbs. The rounded bowl carved into the cutting board and the rounded knife allow you to rock the knife back and forth, easily cutting the herbs. Ulu knives have a unique design which increases dexterity and leverage, making fine cuts simple and chopping easier. The blade is made of stainless steel and it is extremely sharp. The handle is large and comfortable to grip while working with herbs. The Ulu knife (pronounced oo-loo) comes from Alaska and has been used by Native people of the Arctic for centuries.
